Ordering

How To Order

We've tried to make ordering online as easy as possible. Follow the steps below, and you'll be placing orders in no time.

  1. Create Your Account

    First you'll need to create an account. (You wont need an account if you just want to browse our inventory and don't want to buy anything.) The first time you try to access one of our secure pages, such as your shopping cart, you'll be prompted to login to your account or to create your account if you don't have one yet.

    Creating your account is easy. Click on the Your Account link at the top of the page, follow the Create an account link, and enter your name, email address, and a password. At this point, you can also specify your shipping address. If you don't enter it now, you will be prompted for it when you place your first order.

  2. Find and Add Items to Your Cart

    Use the list of categories to the left or the search box above to find items that you'd like to purchase. On each item's detail page, there's a list of related categories and genres that may contain other items you'd find interesting. Click the Add to Cart button on the detail page to add an item to your shopping cart.

  3. Checkout

    When you're ready to purchase the items in your cart, click the Checkout button at the bottom of your shopping cart page. At this point, you should verify your shipping address and make sure your preferred shipping method is selected. Enter your credit card information, billing address, and any special instructions or comments you might have.

    Click the Place Your Order button to place your order. We will send you an email confirmation with the details of your order.

  4. Check Your Order's Status

    You can check the status of your order and at any time by logging into your account (by clicking on the Your Account link at the top of the page). We will send you an email to notify you when your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping

Gemstone Publishing uses UPS as its shipping method, and no other requests for alternative shipment will be honored. UPS is able to provide accurate and quick tracking on all transactions. This means we can follow a package from the moment it is picked up at our distribution center to the minute your purchase is received at your designated destination.

We do offer our customers two options for shipping: two-day shipping for those last-minute gift-giving requests, and ground shipping.

Shipments cannot be made to a P.O. Box number. Please make sure to include a legitimate street address in your purchase, otherwise we will be unable to ship the item to you.

Insurance on all purchases – regardless of the amount – is included in the cost of shipment.

Return Policy

Our number one priority at Gemstone Publishing is customer satisfaction. We work very hard at complete accuracy in our descriptions of all products. Please contact us at wheather@gemstonepub.com with any questions you have concerning the description of a product before you purchase the item. We will gladly supply as much information as possible. However, if you feel that for any reason the product you have purchased does not meet our description, please notify this office through e-mail (wheather@gemstonepub.com). If you wish to use the phone, please call us during business hours at the numbers listed in our contact area. All information needed to return the product will be supplied at that time.

Please note that the Buyer will be completely responsible for the cost of the return shipping and, if needed, the insurance. At no time will the cost of return shipping or insurance be reimbursed to the Buyer by Gemstone Publishing If returning an item, please take care in the repacking of the item for shipment. The item must be returned in the exact same condition that it was originally shipped. Return requests must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the item.

Damaged Merchandise

Since Gemstone Publishing ships all merchandise through UPS, a tracking number is assigned to each shipment. (Please Note: Once you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail providing you with a UPS Tracking Number. To track your order, please click here.) If you receive a damaged package, you must call UPS immediately and file a claim. They will give you instructions at this time. Gemstone Publishing is unable to make this call for you. It must be made by the Buyer.
